Welcome to U Call We Haul Clean Out Services LLC. By scheduling a junk removal service, the customer agrees to the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before using our services.

U Call We Haul offers junk removal services, including the collection, transportation, and disposal of unwanted items from residential and commercial properties.

Estimates and Pricings are provided based on volume and type of junk to be removed. Final pricing will be confirmed on-site before the commencement of work. 

Prices include labor, transportation and disposal fees unless otherwise stated.

Scheduling and Cancellation appointments can be made by phone or email. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. 

Payment Terms- Payment is due upon completion of the service. We accept Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Expess.

Customer Responsibilities. 

The customer must ensure access to the property and items to be removed. The customer must verify that all items for removal are clearly identified. The customer is responsible for ensuring the items do not include hazardous materials.

U Call We Haul LLC. does not accept any hazardous materials, including but not limited to chemicals, asbestosm and explosives. Certain items may require additional fees.

Liability 

U Call We Haul  is not responsible for any damage to the property not directly caused by negligence. The customer agrees to indemnify and hold U Call We Haul Clean Out Services LLC. harmless against any claims related to the removal of items.

Privacy Policy

Any personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of providing our services and will not be shared with third parties without consent. 

U Call We Haul Clean Out Services LLC. reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
